Mother's Day

In the shrine, the motherhood of Mary is very much felt. Who more than She, who was a mother, can understand the moods of mothers? That is why Mother's Day is particularly celebrated. Numerous blue or pink bows are donated by mothers, as votive offerings, to thank Mary for the arrival of a much-desired baby boy/girl.
